Where do you ship to?
LOMA is just getting started, and for now we’re shipping within Germany only. We’re excited to grow and will keep you updated as soon as we open up to more markets.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Berlin, Germany.
How much does the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is €5.99 and express shipping is €9.99. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €59.99.
I missed my delivery. What should I do?
If you missed your delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions. This may include rescheduling delivery or picking up your package from a nearby parcel shop. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you track it down.
My order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it
Please check with your neighbors or your local parcel shop, as the carrier may have left your package there. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please email us at info.lomastudio@gmail.com with a clear cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to return the item once it arrives.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. To start a return, please email us at info.lomastudio@gmail.com with your order details.
Where can I buy your products in person?
You can find LOMA at selected markets and pop-up events. We regularly share where we’ll be next on our Instagram, so we recommend following us at @loma.pt to stay updated on upcoming dates and locations.
Where are LOMA’s products made?
Our products are designed in Berlin and crafted in small factories across Portugal, with skilled makers who share our respect for thoughtful craft.
How do you produce?
We are committed to responsible and conscious production. We natural materials everything we make. By producing in small batches, we reduce waste and give each piece careful attention. On every product page, you can see where it was made and what materials were used.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We ship our products plastic-free, using simple cardboard packaging. Each order is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely at your door while minimizing environmental impact.
How should I take care of my products?
